Fayetteville is soon to be the new home of the Austin, Texas based Whole Foods Supermarket. Whole Foods is known for it’s natural and organic local foods. The new development will be located at 3425 N. College Ave. Not only will there be a 35,500 square foot Whole Foods, there will also be 26,670 square feet of lease space in the same shopping center.
City Council members have approved a $150,00 traffic light at College Avenue and Masonic Drive to help with traffic because the new shopping center could generate 1,500 vehicle trips each day.
Lucky for us at McNaughton Real Estate in Scott Plaza, this development is happening directly across the street. The new traffic light will make it easier to turn to get to our office and Whole Foods and surrounding developing businesses could bring in more business to the Plaza.
